- You still will have access to the rebate portal for 2023 rebates.
- Any pending 2023 rebates must be completed by May 31, 2024.
- All pending 2023 rebates will be removed on May 31, 2024.
- Program runs from April 15, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
- All participants will be allocated 6 rebate slots.
- When you have used all your slots, contact HVOEC for more allocations.
- Rebate allocations are not guaranteed.
- NORA rebate allocations are limited.
- Please pre-qualify your rebate amounts before you speak with your customers.
- Rebates are processed at the end of each month.
- Rebate checks may take 8 to 12 weeks to reach customer, from the end of the month they were completed.
- Rebate checks are sent directly from NORA to customers.
