REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR WESTERN PA HVAC COMPANIES
If you are new to the Upgrade & Save Western Pennsylvania Rebate Program and would like to participate please follow these instructions:
Heating system rebates are available for new Oil-Fired Boilers or Oil-Fired Furnaces ONLY.
Tanks rebates are available to Replace an aboveground or below-ground with an aboveground ONLY.
Rebates are only for homeowner occupied residents ONLY.
Commercial properties DO NOT qualify.
Home must be in one of these qualifying counties: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Greene, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, Warren, Washington, Westmoreland.
Fill out ALL required fields and questions
An email will be sent to the email address that you entered with a link to verify your email address.
Once you verify your email address, your registration will be reviewed.
You will be notified upon approval.
Once approved come back and login into the program.
At the top of your dashboard, you will see the program rules and a link to your company profile.
Enter your rebates for approval.

Fill out ALL required fields and questions
- PA HIC# license number (not required for an Oilheat dealer)
- Upload a 2022 W9 document (pdf, jpeg image, doc)
- Enter the email address that will manage the program
- Create your username
- Create your password
- Enter your password again in the verify field
- Create your security questions and answer
- Click REGISTER
