REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR WESTERN PA HOMEOWNERS

Heating system rebates are available for new Oil-Fired Boilers or Oil-Fired Furnaces ONLY
Tanks rebates are available to replace an aboveground or below-ground heating oil tank with an aboveground heating oil tank ONLY
Rebates are only for homeowner occupied residents only
Commercial properties DO NOT qualify
Home must be in one of these qualifying counties: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Greene, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, Warren, Washington, Westmoreland

Enter your homeowner information
Enter the homeowner email address
Create your username
Create your password
Enter your password again in the verify field
Create your security questions and answer
Click REGISTER

An email will be sent to the email address that you entered with a link to verify your email address.
Once you verify your email address, your registration will be reviewed.
You will be notified upon approval.
Once approved come back and login into the program.
At the top of your dashboard, you will see the program rules and a link to your profile.
Enter your rebates for approval.
